PPG major sponsor, Port of Portland, USA, recently discharged 143 tower sections delivered on 3 vessels from BBC and G2.

 

Vestas is partnering with the Port of Portland to move wind turbine tower sections through Terminal 6. The sections for approximately 50 towers will be used on a wind project in Eastern Oregon. The final sections are also moving through Terminal 6.

 

Antwerp, the project cargo hub for Europe, was the location of the latest PPG project forwarding education program at the Antwerp Expo Centre in conjunction with the inaugural Antwerp XL Breakbulk Exhibition. Participants came from USA, UK, Netherlands, France and Belgium.

PPG Jordan, Golden ways for logistics (GWL) has successfully concluded the transportation and shipment of 40 x Armoured Track Vehicles from Jordan  to Croatia. The project comprised 520 m/t / 1,800 cbm. GWL’s scope included sea transportation and on-carriage to final destination.

CTO do Brasil Worldwide Logistics has successfully completed the shipment of a CAT Excavator. The self-propelled unit was transported from Portão, RS city to Port of Rio Grande, Brazil and shipped by Ro/Ro vessel to Port of Xingang, China.

Wangfoong Global Logistics have successfully completed a Barge & Tug operation on Christmas Eve. The over-length rails were 28.6m, total 61.8 tonnes.

Wangfoong Global Logistics have successfully completed a rails project via airfreight on New Years Eve. The rails were 21.1m length, total 31.2 tonnes. This urgent delivery was completed within one week from receipt of order and delivered on time and within budget.
